School of Choice
The Michigan Department of Education School of Choice Program is offered by Romulus Community Schools. Parents and students have the choice to apply for enrollment in one of our schools, grades K-11, regardless of where they live. We are accepting applications until September 4, 2024.
School of Choice Process
1. Parent/Guardian completes the School of Choice Application Form.
2. For grades 1-11 Parent/Guardian must provide student(s) discipline records going
back two years with application. Verification of Prior Discipline Form
3. Application and discipline records will be reviewed by RCS. Parent/Guardian will
be notified by email and/or telephone regarding the district’s decision.

Kindergarten Students
All Kindergarten students will be accepted for School of Choice. Discipline records are
not required. Kindergarten Pre-Enrollment.
